I intended to restrict the cat from a closet,,,the motion sensor is slow to respond to the animal but would trigger whenever I went near the closet ,,

the air can doesnt last very long and is pricey to replace,,,only good thing is once cat realizes what the Scat does she generally stayed away from it on sight (though it was empty)

I purchased this to keep the cats off of the kitchen counter and out of the garden window. After the 3rd time, the cats will not even go near where they see the device sitting. It sure did the job. Don’t even need to leave it turned on most of the time. They learned quickly. Money well spent.

Great product. It only took two sprays before my very stubborn Abyssinian cat got the message. The best thing about it is I no longer have to get up and chase him off of the counters with a spray bottle of water because this system has a motion detector and works whether I am in the room or not.

This was the only thing that worked to keep my cat from urinating on my tongue and groove cedar walls. We tried everything from food dishes, double side tape, and upside down carpet mats. My cat wont go anywhere near these or anything that looks like it. She still wants to go to those areas, but will crouch down no less than 5 feet away, and her tail will flick back and forth very agitatedly. She’ll just stare at them. My only other option would have been to get rid of the cat, which would not have made my wife happy!

Look at the picture. This is not a Ssscat can, but a Spray Sentry air can. They are not compatible! I just tried, and now am stuck with a 6 pack of cans that I can’t use.
