When I received it I couldn't get it to work, so I had to call the company and get instructions from an employee. She was really very nice and very helpful. I needed to have my husband help me set it up, one person can't do it alone. And the can contents don't last very long so you need to buy a refill, which is also expensive. Once the can is empty all that happens is a noise comes out but no air rush to scare the cat. Now my cat is used to the noise, so he again jumps up on the counter because he knows that he isn't going to get hurt by the can. <br /> <br />Also, the employee I spoke to, informed me that this product is no longer being made. The company has a new product which is supposed to be better. But the refills for the old product are going to be available for a while. The first time it cost around $40.00 and the refills are around $15.00. Maybe I'll just get rid of the cat and save myself alot of money, right?
