I purchased this collar several times for a few clients who had Deaf dogs. This collar is perfect and cheaper than the alternatives as a way of getting your deaf dogs attention. We used the Low Vibe as a look at me. And the Higher Vibe as a COME. The flash light was also used to help the dog figure out which person was calling him. Worked perfect!
Only complaint is that it is a little bulky both in collar and in remote and the brown plastic could really be updated!
Other than that, this is a fantastic collar for training Deaf dogs!

Not only was the product very slow in reaching us, wrong color of collar plus no matter what we did, no vibration came forth! The little flash light works and a little tiny twerp sound works. But that is all that works. I am returning them. Our dogs thought the collars were just that, collars. I don’t think they were disapointed the collars did not work!
