I ordered this item and got it in the mail brand new. It worked for like half a day and then the batteries died. We replaced the batteries and it seemed to work for a little bit again before the batteries died yet again. If you buy this product you better buy stock in batteries and then plan on changing them at least 5 times a day! Horrible product!! Was very disappointing.

This item sux! We pressed the 6 which is suppose to be the highest and it barely fazed our 3 month old husky puppy. Not to mention it broke after that. One shock and it no longer worked! We even changed out the batteries thinking they just sent us some bad batteries and nope its a dud! Not to mention the company won’t return my emails or refund my money so I have wasted $50! Don’t buy this item ever unless you enjoy wasting your money!
